A bunch of mates and me are off for a weekend's fishing of New Zealand's Coromandel coast, leaving this afternoon, returning late Sunday (NZ time) ... so your's truly is out of the loop for the weekend, so won't be ignoring you all, just out on the high seas! ;D
Unfortunately this means missing this week's round of contests, but hope to be back to make up for lost ground next week.
Catch you early next week.

Big bloody non-event!!!!
Left for the meet up and on arrival, after an hour on the road, the organizer had just received a call saying the boat was not going out due to the expected rough weather the following day!
So, have organized another date, not sure if I will bother next time ... but stayed with a few of the mates supposed to be fishing and had a couple of nights on the booze .... complete with 48 hour hang over!
Returned home and had a rather ordinary weekend on the simulated track ( three in a row now) see how things go THIS week!

Sorry mate. Been there before as I went to Key West one time for a week, and chartered a $450 dollar sail fish trip. Well a damn monsoon decided this was the week to come to south Florida. Returned to the hotel bar of course, to which the bartender replied "haven't seen weather like this in 20 years". Thanks bud, cold bottle of Bud please.
